Privacy Policy
1. Controller

2. What data we process
- Contact & enquiry data: name, email, and anything you send us when you book a call or write to us.
- Onboarding data (clients): identity and KYC documents, address, tax and company details necessary to provide the services.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device data and server logs created automatically when you visit the site.

3. Purposes & legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)
- Responding to enquiries and pre-contractual steps — Art. 6(1)(b).
- Performing the service contract and onboarding — Art. 6(1)(b).
- Legal, tax and accounting obligations — Art. 6(1)(c).
- Security, operating and improving the website — legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f).
- Non-essential cookies / analytics / marketing — your consent, Art. 6(1)(a).
4. Recipients & processors
We share data only as necessary with service providers acting on our behalf — currently Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Google (email via Google Workspace), Web3Forms (processing of contact-form submissions), and our tax/accounting partner NomadTax — and with authorities where legally required. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement.
5. International transfers
Some providers (e.g. Vercel and Google) process data in the USA. Such transfers are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry and contact data for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it — unless you become a client. Data needed to provide the services is kept for the duration of the engagement and to meet statutory retention periods; in particular, accounting and tax records are retained as required under Bulgarian law (generally up to 10 years).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing, as well as to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise these rights, contact hello@nomadhub.bg.
8. Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian supervisory authority: Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, 1592 Sofia, kzld.bg.
